In Demir Kapija village, this is North Macedonia's most aesthetically pleasing winery, with great views over vineyards and the village's gorge. It has the region's only winery hotel, as well as a good traditional restaurant with an amazing, elevated dining terrace. The 11 traditionally themed rooms are elegant, and each is named after a different grape; some have balconies overlooking the vines.
The high-end restaurant serves wine-and-traditional-food pairing menus and offers views that inspire vineyard adulation. If you have children under seven they stay for free.
