Built on a magnificent rock outcropping, this friendly surfer's hotel has amazing views overlooking Playa Sardina and Playa Jiquelite. The cabins are simple, but good enough, and the studio doubles have incredible beach views. The excellent restaurant serves fish tacos, garlic shrimp, French toast and jumbo smoothies. It's 2km off the road to Las Salinas; look for the signs.
