On the top floor of the Hotel Casa Royale, the Bay View offers exactly that – great vistas over the enormous lagoon and a perfect vantage point for watching the pangas come and go. Service is formal, on white linen tablecloths, and the large menu specializes in seafood, including ceviches (marinated seafood) and steak. Breakfast here is also the best in town.
