An open kitchen occupies an entire wall of this relaxed Japanese restaurant in the heart of Millbrook Resort. Alongside the greatest hits of Japanese cuisine (sashimi, sushi, gyoza, ramen, teppanyaki… all deftly executed) are some more unusual choices, such as sushi tacos and (our favourite) Cardrona merino kohitsuji – perfectly barbecued lamb ribs served with black-garlic custard.
