Sprinkled across a hillside about 3km east of town, these cabins are styled like little hunting lodges (antlers, potbelly stoves); the loftiest have terraces with ringside seats to the best mountain sunsets for miles. Bathrooms are basic and communal. A converted family home offers another eight beds for singles, doubles and twins, with communal facilities including a full kitchen.
Call ahead in winter (June to August), in case of seasonal closures. Wi-fi in the main lodge only.
