Rakaia Gorge Camping Ground

Christchurch & Canterbury

There are no powered sites here, only toilets, showers and a small kitchen shelter, but don't let that put you off. This is the best camping ground for miles, perched picturesquely above the ultra-blue Rakaia River, and a good base for exploring the area. Amenities closed May to September.
