Furusato

Kathmandu

Bright and calming, Furusato is perfect for a light dinner. Dishes include udon or cold soba noodles, donburi (rice bowls), bento boxes and gyoza dumplings (the Japanese version of a momo), but most people opt for one of the set meals, which come with sesame-flavoured salad, miso soup and pickles. It’s hidden down an alley opposite Weizen Bakery.
