This white-topped temple was originally built in 1681, was rebuilt after the 1934 earthquake and then destroyed again in the 2015 earthquake. It is currently under reconstruction, presumably under the same design, with a Newari-style floor, an Indian shikhara-style upper storey, and a top spire shaped like a kalasa (water vase), indicative of a female deity.
