Tata’s old kasbah, perched above the palmeraie (palm grove), has been turned into a Green Key guesthouse. The 10 rooms are decorated with wonderful, authentic details, including original eccentricities like low beams. There's a roof terrace for sunning and a tiny plunge pool for cooling off. Some guests rave about magical evenings in the still of the Sahara night, but others have found fault with the service.
