This superb restaurant has been on travellers' radars for years, and recent renovations – plus some new additions to its famous menu – ensure it'll stay there for a long time yet. Their prices are higher than others in Pržno, but if you're keen to splurge, it's worth it. The varied menu has some interesting twists, and even in a region famed for excellent seafood, Blanche's fish dishes are remarkable.
