City Hotel

Podgorica

A business-orientated makeover in 2008 has thankfully kept the 1970s exterior angularity of this city-fringe hotel, while the surrealist art of Dado Ðurić has prevented a total beige-out inside. There’s a small gym, comfy furnishings and helpful English-speaking staff.
