Gobi Sunrise Tavan Dohoi

The Gobi

Set in the middle of a vast, deserted landscape, this comfortable ger camp has flush toilets and clean showers with hot water. To arrange transport to the camp, which is about 16km south of Sainshand, on the way to Khamaryn Khiid, ask Altangerel, the curator at the Museum of Danzan Ravjaa. He speaks English.

A taxi from town costs around T20,000 to T30,000 one way.
