The Gobi
The facilities here are a notch above most other ger camps, not least because this is the only camp in the Gobi where every ger has an attached bathroom with hot shower. It's on the main route between Bayanzag (28km) and Dalanzadgad (60km).
The large, raised, central wooden 'ger', which all the real gers fan out from, contains a bright and clean restaurant-bar area from where you can view the glass-walled kitchen as well as the surrounding desert.
