Moltzog Els

The 5km stretch of 40ft-tall, sugary sand dunes that rises and falls in the desert 22km northeast of Bayanzag makes for some brief, breathless hikes and beautiful vistas. Worth a visit if you’re not planning to visit Khongoryn Els. A local herder family offers camel rides through the dunes for T10,000 per hour, T30,000 per day.
