This place is most notable for the stolovaya (cafeteria) up on the 2nd floor, which has stuffed mackerel and a few Gagauzian dishes like mititei (ground-beef sausages). It's a great deal. The bar-cafe downstairs has a pleasant terrace on the central plaza.
