A long menu of imaginatively dressed-up meats – think stewed pork with mǎmǎligǎ (boiled cornmeal), baked rabbit and grilled trout, not to mention varenyky (Ukrainian dumplings) and plǎcintǎ (stuffed pastries) – may prompt repeat visits.
