Rosas y Xocolate

Built from the remains of two mansions and reusing much of the original materials, this medium-sized hotel is rosy indeed, though much of its interior is painted in restrained and muted tones. It goes all out with custom-made furniture, Nespresso machines, Bose sound systems and open-air baths in each room. An air-conditioned gym, full day spa and gourmet restaurant are also on-site.
