Buenos Diaz Cafe

Given that Tapachula is the gateway to the Coffee Route (Chiapas' coffee fincas), it's surprising how few contemporary cafes there are here. Thanks to Buenas Díaz, coffee snobs can enjoy a good brew. The interior has funky timber decor and the baristas (yes, it's a word here!) produce some fabulous coffees in line with third wave coffee trends.
