Hotel Posada El Paraíso

Combining colonial style with a boutique-hotel feel, El Paraíso has a bright-blue wood-pillared patio, a jungly garden sitting area and loads of bohemian character. The high-ceilinged rooms are not huge, but all have natural light, and several are bi-level with an extra bed upstairs. The in-house restaurant, L’Eden, is excellent.
