San Cristóbal de las Casas

The jury is still out about this spot, a millenials' dream design, with an off-the-radar funk factor and industrial chic design; it's brand new. There's an open kitchen area, a boardroom table with retro office chairs and bright, airy living spaces. The several dorms have bunks with great storage, though a couple seem airless as the windows don't open.

But hey, given the other spaces (these rival the offices of a famous US search engine company), and the fact that breakfast is included, this ultra-modern space could be a winner.
