Mayordomo

A synonym for chocolate in Oaxaco, Mayordomo has numerous branches, but the best is just south of the Mercado 20 de Noviembre. Walk in through the sweet-smelling grinding room and make a beeline for the bar where you can order a cup of Oaxacan chocolate (hot or cold) and become mesmerized by the cooks making breakfast or lunch.
