Hotel Baja Cactus Hostel

Basic, friendly, central and great for those who want to party on a budget. There's a barred door for safety and the owner wouldn't let us in to protect the privacy of his guests. We did see the common areas, that look like a relatively clean, bachelor 20-something's disheveled living room/kitchen.
