Fond de la Mer

Martinique

Under new management, this reliably open restaurant set high above the cars and loudspeakers of Tartane's seafront plates up well-crafted helpings of blaff (white fish marinated in lime juice, garlic and peppers, then poached), fish broth, conch fricassee and touffé de requin (stewed shark). The views are as good as the service is courteous.
