Jérémie and his cooks offer a wonderfully eclectic Asian-Créole fusion menu to a young crowd right on the gorgeous beach at Anse l'Etang. Dishes include Balinese-style chicken, Tahitian-style raw fish, bò bun of beef and a superb mi cuit de thon teriyaki (semicooked tuna teriyaki). Vegetarian and gluten-free versions of some dishes can be ordered, and service is friendly and efficient.
In the evenings this turns into a great beach hangout with a long cocktail card and a cool sea breeze. Hours can vary.
