The poolside dining at this superb dinner-only restaurant is a real treat. Located within the L’Anse Bleue compound, La Paillotte Bleue serves up classic French dishes with a dash of Caribbean influence, such as sautéed octopus cooked with aromatic herbs or curried chicken. There’s a good wine list and service is excellent.
