This new resort of concrete rooms, chalets and luxurious villas sticks out from the low-key village surroundings, but does provide a previously unavailable level of comfort on this side of the island. The sea-view restaurant and bar are excellent and there are good facilities including water-sports activities, diving and a pool. Round-island boat tours are offered.

The beach here is fairly built up, but the surroundings have an appealing kampung (village) atmosphere. A good spot for meeting local fishermen.
