A marbled reception area with velvet sofas and a chandelier promises much, but the cheapest rooms have windows onto internal air wells so you'll need to spend a bit more for a view of the city or the strait. There's a large pool on the 12th floor and sweeping views from Alto Sky Lounge on the 22nd floor.
