Tiara Seafood Restaurant

Sabah

Tiara Labuan's Chinese restaurant has good reports for its seafood (though scallops and mussels are imported and cooked from frozen). For the freshest stuff, pick your dinner from the tanks, choose a preparation method, et voila! Standouts include grilled local fish (RM75 to RM110 per 1kg), chilli crab (RM85 per 1kg) and salt-and-pepper squid. Efficient service and oblique sea views.
