Neapolitan-style thick-crust sourdough bases topped with San Marzano tomato sauce and Italian mozzarella di bufala (buffalo-milk mozzarella) are the speciality of this pizzeria. Other variations incorporate mortadella, salami, prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano. The pizza oven dominates the modern dining space but it's small – orders can take ages to arrive at the table. Opt for Peroni rather than house wine.
