Our bet for the best small hotel in Klaipėda is this upscale number, tucked among former German merchant houses in Old Town. The accommodation has a neat, minimalist look; single rooms with slanted ceilings are on the snug side, but the best doubles have king-sized beds, skylights and oak floors.
