Romnesa Ignalina

On the western outskirts of Ignalina, Romnesa really delivers when it comes to creative Lithuanian cuisine. The Old Testament–thick menu features such culinary delights as baked pike-perch with spinach, boletus stew, and pork chops with chanterelle sauce. Spuds in various forms are well represented and the homemade gira (kvas) is terrific.
