Shamrock

While the name might be the most Irish thing about it, the Shamrock is a decent and genuinely hospitable pub. Irish and British beers (Guinness, Murphy's, Newcastle Brown) are sold, and the outdoor tables are great for watching the Vilniaus gatvė promenade, in warmer months. Cheap pizzas are another plus.
