Located on the stretch of road just east of Martyrs’ Square known informally as Falafel Alley (and right next to a rival falafel shop run by the owner’s estranged brother), Sahyoun is the most downhill of the restaurants. You may also identify it by a helpful sign in the window that reads ‘Original Shop No. 1.’
