Very popular with Beiruti hipsters and expat workers, this arty place is a little tucked-away haven: it's very pleasant to sit outside and slowly realise you can't hear any car horns. It's not cheap, but the coffee is carefully selected and delicious; there's also a range of brunchy fare like smashed avocado, granola and salads, as well as beers and wines.
To find it, turn off Rue Armenia past the Union petrol station, follow the street around the corner and then turn right.
