Elephant Crossing

Vang Vieng

Elephant Crossing has 36 tight but tasteful rooms with balconies overlooking the river and karst. Hmong bed runners, wood floors, air-con, TV and fridge complete the picture, although a close look reveals that rooms could use an update in amenities and a lick of paint. A sizable expansion was underway when we were in town.
