Probably the best value for the price you can get in Attapeu, the Sokpaserd has decent air-con rooms in a couple of buildings with a nice garden, friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. Though it's across the street from, rather than on, the Se Kong, you can see the river through the trees from the 2nd floor.
