Jasmine House is well-named, as the scent of the blooms on the terrace make dining a fragrant experience. The restaurant, in a 1950s villa, takes inspiration from the Italian homes of the period, matching it with the eloquent cooking of its Calabrian chef. Ingredients are fresh and come served in well-balanced dishes. The homemade pasta is superb.
Jasmine House doesn't have an alcohol license, but you can bring your own. To the owners, art is almost as important as food – take a moment to explore the temporary exhibitions hung in the main house.
