Al Mihbash

East Jerusalem

Perch on an overhanging balcony table for a feast of Palestinian-style dishes, from fish kebabs and falafel to stuffed chicken, along with enough Mediterranean salmon fillets and steaks to keep homesick expats happy. Smashed avocado and almond smoothies also feature on the somewhat scattered menu. Service is perfunctory, but food (and views) are great.

Live oud (lute) performances (20NIS per person) take place on Friday nights.
