Ueno-Sakuragi Nanohana

The family who run this charming little restaurant source many of their organic ingredients, including the rice, pickles and vegetables for side dishes, from the chef's mother who lives on Sado-ga-shima. The house speciality is ochazuke – rice mixed with cuts of raw fish, other toppings and a clear broth.
