Pignon

Shibuya & Shimo-Kitazawa

Chef Yoshikawa Rimpei's bistro serves French food with some Moroccan flavours in the mix (everyone orders the housemade, charcoal-grilled merguez with harissa), and really any other flavours he's picked up on his travels. Ingredients are sourced directly from producers. The vibe is cool and oddly placeless, not Tokyo but not Paris either.

Reservations recommended, but go early in the week and you can probably get a seat.
