Honmura-An

Roppongi, Akasaka & Around

This fabled soba shop, once located in Manhattan, now serves its handmade buckwheat noodles at this small, elegant shop on a Roppongi side street. It's a restaurant for everyone: get simple seiro-soba (¥950; plain, cooled noodles) or go all out with the signature dish from the old NYC shop: soba topped with uni (sea urchin roe; ¥3900).

There is also a seasonal dinner course that include sashimi and tempura dishes (¥8900).
