One of Tsukiji's most famous sushi restaurants has made the move to the new Toyosu Market. The course meal includes seven pieces of nigiri (hand-pressed) sushi and one roll – all made with premium seafood. If you're still hungry you can order more sushi à la carte (¥300 to ¥800 per piece). Go early (before 9am), or there might be a queue.

Following the promenade from Shijō-mae to the fruit and vegetable market, look for a set of stairs (and an elevator) heading down. Daiwa Sushi is on the ground floor here, with blue door curtains.
