Come sample the delicious tamago-yaki (Japanese rolled-egg omelette) sold at this venerable purveyor conveniently on a stick. They come in a variety of flavours and you can watch them being expertly made as you line up to buy. Many sushi restaurants don't make their own tamago-yaki, which is why several shops sell it at Tsukiji.
