Ginza & Tsukiji

The sweet red-bean pancakes, usually known as taiyaki after their bream (tai) shape, are renamed maguro-yaki here after Tsukiji's most famous fish – tuna. They come either in crispy or soft-shell versions, the latter with apricot added to the sweet bean filling.
