Named for Yoramu, the Israeli sake expert who runs Sake Bar Yoramu, this bar is highly recommended for anyone after an education in sake. It’s very small and can only accommodate a handful of people. If you're not sure what you like, go for a sake tasting set of three (¥1700). By day, it’s a soba restaurant called Toru Soba.
