Right smack across from the Narita-san complex, this ryokan is a great choice for a last night preflight. Though aspects of its public spaces could use updating, the spacious tatami rooms (try to book a temple-view room), communal baths and traditional meals are lovely. Staff don't speak much English, but there's a fair amount of explanatory material provided to guests.
