Folks line up for opening time at this jolly place, where the Taiwan rāmen (台湾ラーメン; a spicy concoction of ground meat, chilli, garlic and green onion, served over noodles in a hearty clear broth) induces rapture. Other faves include gomoku yakisoba (五目焼きそば; stir-fried noodles) and kinoko-itame (stir-fried mushrooms). It may be Taiwanese, but locals will tell you: 'this is real Nagoya food'.
