Venice Music Project

Venice

Classical music fans shouldn't miss these unusual concerts staged in the pretty Anglican church of St George. Historic baroque musical scores rescued from obscurity in the Marciana library are brought back to life by a group of nine musicians, accompanied by soprano Liesl Odenweller, who has performed not only at La Fenice but the Carnegie Hall.

Proceeds from the concerts go to the restoration of the church.
