Local food-and-wine enthusiasts Paolo Baldelli and Antonio Boco offer something different at this trendy gastro-bar, urbanely housed in an old ice factory. Sit at the long, black bar or a table by the exposed stone wall and dig into gourmet snacks and creative mains.
Six carefully chosen craft-beer taps and monthly featured Umbrian wines are complemented by dishes from a crew of under-30s cooks who hail from Perugia but have all lived and cooked abroad (both age and travel experience are requirements). Fried baccalà, pickled eggs and beef tartare highlight the chef-driven menu.
