Ristorante-Enoteca Del Duca

Volterra

Volterra's best-known fine-dining establishment serves traditional Tuscan dishes on well-spaced tables in its vaulted 15th-century dining areas; there's also a lovely rear courtyard. The wine list is dominated by tipples from the owner's Marcampo vineyard, but also includes some pricey IGTs. There are a number of tasting menus on offer (€40 to €65), including one that is solely vegetarian.
